Why do you support the Living Wage?

We love having our HQ in Brighton; its a vibrant, exciting place to be, but it is an expensive place to live. Financial well being is just one of the ways that we support our team, and whilst they are paid well above the living wage, we believe it is important to show our support and do our small part in raising the awareness around this important issue.
