Why do you support the Living Wage?

"We have just taken on our first permanent employee but even as a start up prior to this we always paid freelance staff the living wage or more. The partners considered if we couldn't afford to pay someone the appropriate value for their work then the business model didn't work. If someone gives their time, effort and skills to help us move our business along we feel it would be unfair and unethical to pay less than the cost of living."
