Simon Webster Hair is an independent, family-run salon with Brighton firmly at our heart and is renowned for delivering the premium service of a high-end brand with the warm welcome and personalised approach of a local salon. Our team of specialists work with all hair types and have won awards for their creative colour and afro styling in particular. Whilst our gender-free pricing, community-focus and sustainability credentials has won us several awards since we were founded in 2012 (inc. Salon Team of the Year, UK Ultimate Salon, Global Sustainability Award) and helped to transform the hair industry.
Simon himself is a UK Guest Artist for KMS and has been working in the hairdressing industry for over 35 years alongside the best designers, hairdressers and photographers across Europe. SWH Team regularly style for TV, music and the fashion industry, with our editorial work complimenting our styling in-salon and providing an extra creative and bespoke depth to our services.
Why do you support the Living Wage?
Our community and salon team are at the heart of our business ethos and when we founded SWH in Brighton back in 2012, we wanted to create a salon that was inclusive and progressive in every way. Hairdressing has long been an under-valued and underpaid profession, yet it takes years to gain the expertise of the stylists, colourists and Front of House who make up SWH Team. So it is especially important to us to be a Real Living Wage employer and support the Living Wage Campaign and recognise our team's commitment to delivering the highly professional and personalised service that SWH is renowned for. Any business is only as good as it's team and without them we wouldn't be here.
