The Bevy is a community owned and run business. We are the first community owned pub on a council estate in the UK. We are more than just a pub, we are a community hub helping to reduce social isolation, passing on skills for living, and celebrating our neighbourhood.
Why do you support the Living Wage?
The Bevy is a community pub owned by its share holders. We try to run a business that benefits everyone including staff, customers and the local community. Paying our staff a wage that enables them to afford living in Brighton, especially locally on the estates, is important.
