WellBN is an NHS GP practice delivering innovative and creative healthcare in the heart of Brighton & Hove. Our name reflects the ethos of our organisation. Wellbeing is paramount to living a functional life with meaning and purpose. At the heart of every healthcare interaction lies an opportunity to help someone to heal. We call it n=1. We chose the Brighton postcode BN, which covers a wide area, since we do not exclude patients from our care on geographical, or any other grounds.
Why do you support the Living Wage?
We are passionate about advocating for fair wages that allow workers to meet their basic needs, such as housing, food, healthcare, and education. A living wage helps workers to maintain better health outcomes, reduced stress, and enhanced quality of life for workers and their families. Also, when workers are compensated fairly, they are often more motivated and engaged in their work. We hope this scheme will reduce our staff turnover rates and improve customer service.
